Privacy notice

What we collect

When you write via the contact form or email, we receive the name, email, optional phone number, sitting choice, and message you send. At the desk we may keep a paper or digital attendance list for the sitting you joined, and copies of emails confirming deposits or refunds.

We do not ask for brokerage account numbers, copies of passports as a default, or payment-card details through this website. If a bank transfer is used, your bank will have its own record; we keep only the reference needed to match a fee to a sitting.

Why we use it

We use this information to answer seat requests, run attendance, issue refunds where they apply, and keep a modest archive of who sat which intensive (so we can offer the post-course desk review). Legal bases are the steps needed to provide the sitting you asked for, and our legitimate interest in running a small classroom safely.

Cookies

Optional preference storage is described on the cookie notice. Declining does not stop you from reading pages or sending a note.

Sharing

We do not sell lists. We may share details with an accountant or bank when a fee or refund must be recorded, or with authorities if Georgian law requires it. Tutors see first names on the sitting list for the evening they teach.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept up to 24 months. Attendance for paid sittings is kept up to 36 months in case of refund disputes. You may ask for access, correction, or erasure by writing to desk@toolkitbeamcore.click. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

Photographs on this site are from public image libraries used as classroom atmosphere. They are not photographs of enrolled students unless a student has given separate written consent for a specific picture, which we do not currently publish.
