Terms of classroom study

These terms apply to programmes, desks, and studio hours offered by Beam Core Analysis Academy at Eliava Highway 87, Tsnori, Georgia. Last updated 19 August 2026.

What we offer

We teach volume and price-action study in person: marked printed charts, facilitated circles, private desks, and weekend studios. We do not execute trades, hold client funds, sell signals, or operate a brokerage. Educational discussion of historical prints is not advice to buy or sell any instrument.

Enrolment

A seat is held when the desk confirms by email and a deposit (if required for that sitting) has been agreed. Listings on this website are informational. Capacity is limited by table space. We may refuse a booking if a sitting is already full or if a student repeatedly disrupts the room.

Conduct in the rooms

Live quotes and brokerage logins stay outside class hours. Phones remain silent during intensives and critiques. Students may photograph their own pages; they may not photograph other students’ work without consent. Harassment or recording of tutors without permission ends the sitting without a replacement hour.

Materials

Printed packs and markup legends issued for a sitting remain the student’s to keep. Archive prints laid out for a studio stay in the room unless the tutor says otherwise. We do not licence trading systems or software.

Fees

Fees are quoted in Georgian lari on programme pages. Payment is arranged with the desk by the methods we name in the confirmation email. This site has no checkout. Late arrival does not extend the sitting.

Liability

Study involves paper, pencils, and ordinary classroom furniture. You are responsible for your belongings. We are not liable for trading losses, missed market hours, or decisions you make after class. To the extent Georgian law allows, our liability for a sitting is limited to the fee paid for that sitting.
